1. Homestay Fee The monthly homestay fee must be paid directly to the host family. The homestay fee is payable on the day of the student’s arrival, and must be paid in advance for next month.
		1) Private Bedroom: $600/month
	Furnished private bedroom with private or shared bathroom. Continental breakfast & dinner. In case of Bed & Breakfast, $100 of the fees will be deducted.
		2) Shared Bedroom: Not Available
	Furnished shared bedroom with shared bathroom. Continental breakfast, lunch (self service) & dinner. In case of Bed & Breakfast, $100 of the fees will be deducted.
		3) Area: Seattle & other King county area, Snohomish county area only.
2. Homestay Placement Fee: $250
	The Placement Fee is charged along with $100 deposit to your credit card after you submit your application.
3. Deposit: $100
	The Deposit is used as the earnest money to prevent the international students from canceling without proper prior notice, and will be forwarded to the host as a part of their homestay fee upon arrival in their homestay. The $100 deposit is charged along with the $250 homestay placement fee to your credit card after you submit your application.
4. Refund Policy
		1) Homestay Fee
	Students must inform the host of moving out at least 2 weeks before it is to take place. Homestay fee will be refunded directly to the students from hosts at the time of moving out.
			Refund = remaining days x (monthly homestay fee / days of the month)
		2) Placement Fee
	The placement fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
		3) Deposit
	In case students cancel the homestay more than 2 weeks before your check in date, they get a 100% Refund. In case students cancel the homestay less than 2 weeks before your check in date, they get No Refund.  In case the students arrive as scheduled, the Deposit will be forwarded to the hosts as a part of homestay fee.
5. Airport Pick Up
	The airport pick-up is provided by host family based on availability, and the fee for airport pick-up is $50. This fee must be paid to host family along with first homestay fee. In case pick-up is not available by host family, Seattle Homestay will provide international students with detail information on public transportation.  The host family will have a sign with your name on it. You will then be driven to your homestay. If you cannot find your host family at the baggage claim, do not leave the site. We encourage you to arrive a weekend if possible because your host may not be available on a weekday unless pre-arrangement is made.
